1. Introduction
Virteom LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Virteom Client Reporting Portal, a client reporting and analytics platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account information: Name, email address, and organization details provided during registration.
- Third-party integrations: When you connect services such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Matomo, CallRail, or QuickBooks, we access data from those platforms on your behalf using OAuth tokens.
- Analytics data: Website traffic, search performance, advertising metrics, call records, and other marketing data synced from your connected integrations.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed and features used.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To display your marketing performance data in reports and dashboards.
- To generate AI-powered insights and analysis of your data.
- To sync and store data from your connected third-party services.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the platform.
- To communicate with you about your account and services.
4. Google API Services
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Data accessed: Google Analytics website traffic and engagement data; Google Search Console search and landing-page performance; and Google Ads campaign, spend, click, and conversion data.
- Purpose: We use this data only to provide the dashboards, reports, data synchronization, and AI-assisted performance summaries requested by the applicable Virteom client.
- Access level: Analytics and Search Console access is read-only. The portal uses Google Ads data for reporting and does not create, edit, or manage advertising campaigns.
- Sharing: We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. It may be processed by service providers only as necessary to host, secure, and provide the reporting features, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Control: A connection may be disconnected in the portal or revoked at any time through Google Account permissions.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are only used to access your connected services. We retain synced analytics data and OAuth credentials while needed to provide active reporting and historical comparisons. Customers may request deletion of connected Google data and credentials by contacting us at the address below.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or analytics data. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- With your consent or at your direction (e.g., shared report links).
- With service providers that process data on our behalf solely to host, secure, maintain, or provide requested reporting and AI-analysis features.
- To comply with legal obligations or enforce our terms.
7. Your Rights
You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time, which stops further data syncing. You can request deletion of your account and associated data, including stored Google data and OAuth credentials, by contacting us. You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.
