By accessing or using the Virteom Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Virteom provides a client reporting and analytics platform that aggregates data from third-party services including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Matomo, CallRail, QuickBooks, and others. The platform generates performance reports, dashboards, and AI-powered insights for marketing and business analytics.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms to retrieve your data. By connecting an integration, you authorize us to access and store data from that service on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share data from those services with us. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for evaluating and acting upon any AI-generated content at your own discretion.

8. Shared Reports

You may generate shareable links to reports for your clients or team members. You are responsible for managing access to shared links and ensuring they are distributed only to intended recipients. Shared links may include password protection and expiration settings at your discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virteom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data upon account termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
